By accessing or using the Brainiers website (brainiers.com) or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Enrolment in a Brainiers course requires completing the registration form and paying the specified course fee. A seat is confirmed only after successful payment is received and acknowledged by Brainiers.
All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made through the provided payment link. Brainiers reserves the right to change course fees at any time; however, the fee at the time of your payment is fixed for your enrolment.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for students who: (a) have attended fewer than 2 live sessions, and (b) submit a refund request in writing to hello@brainiers.in within 7 days of enrolment. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. No refund is applicable after attending 2 or more sessions.
Enrolled students receive access to live sessions, recorded replays, community groups, and course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access may be revoked for violation of these terms.
All course content, including recordings, slides, templates, scripts, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Brainiers. Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course content without prior written permission.
Students who join Brainiers WhatsApp communities must maintain respectful, professional conduct. Spam, abuse, piracy of course content, or promotion of competing services in community groups will result in immediate removal without refund.
Brainiers courses are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results, income, job placements, or business outcomes from completing any course. Individual results depend on effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Brainiers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or courses. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the course fee paid by the student.
Your use of Brainiers is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Brainiers may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
