When you register for a course or contact us, we collect: Full name, email address, phone number, city, state, age, educational qualification, occupation, and device/browser information. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by third-party providers (Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI).
We use your information to: process course enrolment and payments, send course materials and session links, send important announcements and updates, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Your registration data is stored securely in CSV files on our servers hosted in India. We take reasonable technical precautions including file locking, access controls, and server security to protect your data from unauthorised access.
Brainiers uses session cookies for CSRF protection and to maintain your login state during the course registration process. We may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) with your implied consent. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some functionality.
We use the following trusted third-party services: Google Analytics (analytics), Razorpay / PhonePe / Cashfree (payment processing), Zoom / Google Meet (live sessions), Bootstrap CDN and Google Fonts (UI). Each third party has their own privacy policy.
By joining a Brainiers WhatsApp group, you consent to receiving course-related messages from our team and seeing messages from other group members. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs data within their platform.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing us.
We retain your enrolment data for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. Marketing communications opt-out requests are processed within 7 business days.
We implement CSRF protection, input sanitisation, output escaping, rate limiting, file locking, and secure server configurations to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Our courses are intended for individuals aged 12 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12 without parental consent.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
